Hold this card for when someone tries using a Burglary card to steal a Lock Box. 

Assassination - Recieving Player turns in all their cards for 8 new ones! Assassination card cannot be duplicated or counterfieted. Shuffle both piles of cards together once played. 

This card must be played be played before the dealers deck gets to ZERO cards or you will lose all your cards including LOCK BOXES !

Yes, we know the card is spelled wrong (Doh!), So if you have one of the first 250 cards cherish them because it will be corrected on the next printing. 

No, an assassination card does not mean a person loses their cherished Lock Boxes if played against them.

Hold this card till you see someone has at least 2 lock boxes or their hand is getting quite full of cards. Then take them out of the game temporarily. 

Pay the other player 25 Gold coins or whatever you have in your hand or Lock Boxes.

Hold this card till you are close to winning the game with gold coin cards. Then spring this on your opponent and hope they dont have a AMBUSH card. 

Counterfeit - This has the same value and function of any other card except the Assassination or Relic cards.

This card is basically the 2nd best card in the deck in my estimation. I have used it to Ambush, Burglary and created a Lock Box out of it. This is one of the last cards I would throw down. I have used it on opponent as a BackStab. 

Ditch the Goods - Player may ditch as many cards as they want. Player must draw cards till they have a maximum of 8 cards in thier hand if they fall below the minimum 8 cards in thier hand.

When your get dealt a bad hand from the beginning sometimes you just need to toss everything away and start over again.
I have used this card to ditch everything in my hand on the hopes of drawing one relic card to win the game and I was sucessful. 

Forgery - Turn this card in with 2 others and select 3 new cards.

When your get dealt a bad hand or have some garbage cards accumulating this card comes in handy to put new life in your hand. 

Lock Box -  Your laid down coin cards are safe from anything except a Burglary card or a Counterfiet card. You may switch out the coin cards during your turn. These cards are set aside under the upturned lock box card.

Lock Boxes are a key to most wins in this game. Whomever has the most of them has the most coins. Test players sometimes stash low value coins in these boxes to fool other players into using Burglary cards for little gain.

This is a creative use card, I've seen it used out of spite and sometimes very strategically. I personally like to hold on to it for the end of the game and try to keep a player from drawing a card to win. 

Slight of Hand  -  Take 2 of your cards and switch them with someone else.
